Residents of Turkana want fair land acquisition and compensation, employment and business opportunities as oil exploration resumes under Gulf Energy. The calls come after three days of public engagement from Lodwar to Nakukulas under the stewardship of cabinet secretaries Opiyo Wandayi and Beatrice Askul.
