Family wants court to compel Govt to produce Mbijiwe alive or dead

The family of missing security analyst Mwenda Mbijiwe has asked the court to compel the Government to produce him dead or alive and to issue arrest warrants against the Inspector General of police and the Director of Criminal Investigations for failing to comply with previous court orders
