    Parents and guardians in Kuria, Migori County have been cautioned against marginalizing and secluding children born with disabilities. Sounding the warning, Principal Secretary for Social Protection and Senior Citizens Affairs Joseph Motari said discrimination of children with disabilities was denying them access to government services and incentives designed for persons living with disabilities.Speaking at Komototobo Special School in Kuria East Sub-County, the PS noted an alarming trend in which some parents were hiding their disabled children from the public, warning the practice must stop immediately.
