Maafisa Nigeria watoa amri ya kutopeperusha bendera ya kigeni
Maafisa wa Nigeria wanasema kupeperusha bendera za kigeni ni “kosa la uhaini” na wametishia kuwafungulia mashtaka wale watakaofanya hivyo baada ya waandamanaji kujitokeza mitaani nchini humo kueleza kero lao dhidi ya uongozi mbovu na kuongezeka kwa ufisadi huku wakipeperusha bendera ya Russia.
Maelfu ya watu wamejitokeza mitaani huko Kano, mji mkuu Abuja, na miji mingine mikubwa wakati wa maandamano kulalamikia hali ngumu ya kiuchumi na uhalifu.
Shirika la Amnesty International limesema watu wasiopungua 13 wameuwawa katika mapambano na polisi tangu kuanza kwa maandamano, ambayo yamepewa jina la “#10DaysOfRage.” Polisi wameeleza idadi ya vifo imefikia 7, wakisema baadhi ya vifo vilikuwa vimesababishwa na ajali mbalimbali na vilipuzi. - (VOA, Reuters)
