Mbeere North Member of Parliament Geoffrey Ruku has challenged the new Cabinet Secretary for Education to move with speed in sorting out the controversy surrounding the new high education funding model.Speaking during a free medical camp at Ishiara market in Mbeere North, Embu County, Ruku noted that the funding model was favouring people living in urban areas. He observed that residents in the Semi arid Mbeere region are disadvantaged and many need sensitization of the funding model.
