The High Court has ruled the Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu acted lawfully in constituting a three to hear a petition on the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua as Deputy President. The ruling this afternoon by a panel of justices Fridah Mugambi, Anthony Mrima, and Eric Ogolla was a blow to Gachagua who was questioning the constitution of the bench by Deputy Chief Justice.
