Stakeholders in the education sector have called for promotion of digitized learning to foster a reading culture among children. Led by Director of partnerships at the WorldReader organization Olivia Kimani the stakeholders say the move will help bridge literacy gaps among the children ,reiterating on the urgent need for concerted efforts between public and private partners to enhance access to quality education in the country.
