Three people have been killed in two separate incidents in Baringo and Elgeyo Marakwet counties over the last 24 hours. Two suspected livestock thieves were lynched in Kabi Moi and Esageri villages in Eldama Ravine, Baringo County on Saturday morning. Tension remains high in the 2 villages as armed gangs staged retaliatory attacks on suspected livestock thieves who have terrorized residents of the area for one month and torched three houses in Kambi ya moto. As Maryanne Nyambura reports, one person was killed by bandits in Elgeyo Marakwet, Friday night.
