A group of clergy in Busia County is calling on the government to show mercy to inmates serving time for petty offences. The religious leaders, under the banner of Beyond Boundaries Ministries International, visited Busia Prison where they not only worshipped with the inmates but also made a passionate plea for reform and reintegration.
