The Former East African Court of Justice judge Charles Nyachae and ex-Judiciary Chief Registrar Anne Amadi are among the notable figures who have been shortlisted for the position of IEBC chairperson. Others who applied for top job at anniversary towers and have made it to the lean list of 37 are KPLC board chairperson Joy Brenda Masinde-Mdivo, EX-IEBC CEO James Oswago and advocate Francis Kissinger. The IEBC selection panel has shortlisted 1,356 Kenyans out of which 37 were shortlisted for the position of Chairperson while 1,319 have been shortlisted as members.
