COG renews its battle with government over the ongoing construction of affordable houses and markets

The council of governors (COG) has renewed its battle with the national government over the ongoing construction of affordable houses and markets. In what seems as a retaliation to the directive by the controller of budget for counties to stop handling bursaries, the governors argue that the national government should stop constructing affordable houses as it's a devolved function.
