A Thika court has ordered the Lesedi Developers Ltd CEO Geoffrey Kiragu not to be rearrested within the court precincts following fears that there were plans to arrest him. This comes as his lawyer, Mwenda Njagi, said that if the accused is rearrested, he will not be able to secure his freedom and this will slow down compensation.
