Various stakeholders are now advocating for a stronger collaboration between African countries and China in a bid to advance green agriculture as a pathway to sustainable growth and food security in the continent.According to the director of Africa Centre for study of China Dr.Mutinda Mutisya, the partnership will help the continent to transition to climate resilient and low carbon food systems to boost productivity and conserve the environment. The stakeholders spoke during in a symposium dubbed ‘China’s New Development ,Africa’s new Opportunities’ that sought to address emerging issues affecting the continent ,key among them green innovation ,youth driven technology and the role of media in advancing sustainable growth in Africa.
