The Global Fund HIV Grant Program, managed by Kenya Red Cross, says the HIV prevalence in Kilifi county, which has dropped from 4% to 2.5% in a span of 3 years.Kenya Red Cross Regional Program Coordinator Msallam Ahmed say they targeted specific high-risk groups across the county in line with the Kenya AIDS Strategic Framework's goals, which included reducing HIV prevalence and mortality rates and combating stigma and discrimination.
