The government has rolled out a KSh5 billion youth empowerment programme that seeks to expand opportunities for young people across the country alongside affordable housing, digital jobs, and labour mobility. President William Ruto says the National Youth Opportunities towards Advancement, or NYOTA programme, will be implemented through a whole-of-government approach to guarantee transparency and inclusivity.
