Human rights organization Haki Africa is calling for the immediate reinstatement of the security detail for Justice Lawrence Mugambi,which was allegedly withdrawn after he sentenced the Acting Inspector General of Police Gilbert Masengeli to six months in prison for contempt of court. Addressing journalist in Mombasa, HAKI Africa Rapid Response Officer Mathias Shipeta the action undermines the rule of law and constitutionalism in Kenya.
