Human rights groups accuse govt of failing to secure Kenyans

Human rights groups have condemned the government for remaining silent while Kenyans continue to be killed and tortured in foreign countries. The activists, joined by families of Kenyans allegedly killed and detained in Tanzania, are demanding the immediate repatriation of the body of john Okoth Ogutu, a Kenyan teacher who was shot dead in the aftermath of post-election unrest in Tanzania.
