It was meant to be a day of joy but December 3rd 2023 was a day of tears for residents in the Northern Nigerian town of Tudun Biri. An accidental drone attack from the Nigerian army dropped two bombs on worshippers celebrating a Muslim festival. It left over 85 people dead and many more injured. (A year on) Residents are still picking up the pieces of their shattered lives. Aisha Budari (pictured) was one of them. One moment, she was speaking to her brothers. Then next, she saw their dead bodies on the ground.
