The Nelson Makanda-led IEBC selection panel has this morning interviewed Engineer Collins Juma who is the current chair of Siaya County Public Board and Denis Otieno who is a governance expert in the search for the commissioners of the elections body. The two were tasked to explain how their competencies would help to alleviate the challenges facing the electronic transmission of results from polling stations to the National tallying station.
