Ikolomani Member of Parliament and Chairperson of Kakamega County Members of Parliament Caucus Benard Shinali, has warned those planning to cause chaos during campaigns and voting in the upcoming Malava parliamentary by-election of legal action. Shinali, alongside his Shinyalu Counterpart Fred Ikana, urged residents of Malava to remain united and not be misled into abandoning the government.
