A section of Inua jamii cash transfer program beneficiaries in Muranga County have decried the inefficiencies caused by the shift from accessing the funds through commercial banks to mobile banking. Beneficiaries from Murang’a and Marsabit counties that were earmarked for a pilot program say the process has hitches that should be addressed before a countrywide rollout by the ministry of Labor and social protection.
