Mining and Blue Economy Cabinet Secretary Hassan Joho says gold being mined in Kenya will no longer be sold raw to the global market. Speaking when he graced the opening of the biggest gold markets in Eastleigh, Nairobi County, Joho urged gold traders particularly from North Eastern region to apply for mining licenses to explore and extract the mineral deposits recently discovered in the region.
