The government is reforming and streamlining the Judicial system to make it better serve families with compassion, fairness, and integrity. Presiding over the Milimani Chief Magistrate Family Court Open Day, the President of the Supreme Court Martha Koome emphasized the need for a Justice system that is accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the realities in families. The Chief Justice also held a special Court tribute session to close the files of the late High Court Judges David Majanja and Daniel Ogembo, who died last year.
