Kenya Airways has started using a new way to share its flight and service information with travel agents in Kenya through the Amadeus Travel Platform. The system, referred to as New Distribution Capability (NDC), helps travel sellers give customers more personalized and flexible travel options. Julius Thairu, the Chief Commercial and Customer Officer at Kenya Airways says The integration allows sellers to offer customers tailored itineraries, real-time updates, and enhanced ancillary services such as preferred seating and extra baggage options.
