Latvia says it will establish a consulate in Nairobi by the end of the year, aimed at streamlining business operations between the two countries. Latvia’s ambassador to Kenya Andris Razans—who is based in Egypt said the two countries will work together in technology, development, agriculture, and start-up support Razans spoke at a business forum attended by industry leaders from both Kenya and Latvia, focused on technology, agribusiness, and water ventures, Latvia currently runs operations, including visa services, through the Hungarian Embassy in Nairobi.
