The National Assembly Select Committee investigating the proposed dismissal of Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Frankline Mithika Linturi will this afternoon table its report before the whole house in a special sitting. Two scenarios could play out. If allegations against the CS are not substantiated the case will be put to rest, but if substantiated the house will set another sitting for Linturi to defend himself. The Naomi Waqo-led committee wrapped up its hearings on Friday last week.
