Kilifi law court has declined to give back passports to two Italian nationals facing a 32-million shilling fraud case. Kilifi Chief Magistrate James Mwaniki dismissed an application by Daniele Lo Coco and Massimo Nativi to review orders issued on 2nd December regarding their passports.
