The bodies of two young men, Justus Mutumwa and Martin Mwau, were found today in city mortuary 43 days after their bodies were taken to city mortuary. It is alleged that the two were abducted by police officers on December 17 and later taken to the city mortuary two days later. Shockingly, their families were not informed until more than a month later, despite visiting the mortuary several times.
