Linking the surge in abductions to provocative online activities, the leaders condemned what they termed as dehumanising attacks and urged authorities to invoke the law to rein in offenders. This even as Interior and National Administration Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen maintains that relatives of abductees should report the abductions to the police.
