The Parliamentary Committee on education has proposed the establishment of a caretaker council to take over the management and running of the embattled Moi University in Uasin Gishu County. Led by its chairperson, Julius Meli, the committee visited the institution today on a fact-finding mission, where they also addressed striking lecturers and workers.
