Opposition Leaders Threaten to Sue Over IEBC Recruitment, Accuse Ruto of Election Favoritism

Opposition leaders are now threatening to go to court to stop the recruitment of IEBC commissioners if the government fails to consult them. Led by Kalonzo Musyoka, the leaders have accused President William Ruto of attempting to reconstitute a commission that will favor him in the next general election., The leaders say the current process of recruiting new IEBC commissioners and a chairperson goes against the foundations of the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO).
