President Ruto's observation on the state of peace in the region

President William Ruto has proposed a raft of reforms to the African Union’s peace and security architecture to strengthen the union’s capacity to respond swiftly and effectively to emerging crises.The President was speaking on Sunday to the AU Assembly on the sidelines of the Ordinary Assembly in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
