Philip Eric Mutinda, the main suspect in the mysterious death of Multimedia University student Sylvia Kemunto, has finally surrendered to police after days on the run. Mutinda turned himself in at Sultan Hamud Police Station in Makueni County early Friday morning. He is now being held at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Homicide Offices in Nairobi, where he is undergoing intense interrogation regarding the tragic incident.
