Ruto directs military to join in the search for victims and retrieval of bodies in Mai Mahiu

President William Ruto has directed the military to join in the search for victims and retrieval of bodies in the Mai Mahiu flood tragedy that has led to the deaths of more than 50 people. Vowing to cater for health, funeral, and school fees among other expenses, Ruto revealed the government's plan to relocate people from flood-prone areas permanently. This is as 84 more people are still missing following the Mai Mahiu tragedy.
