President William Ruto has reprimanded Nairobi county Government and KPLC management over a public spat on payment of pending bills that resulted in the county government dumping garbage at the electricity company’s gate. The president on Sunday at a church service in Roysambu Nairobi, revealed he had called both the County Governor and KPLC boss and instructed them to settle the dispute amicably.
