Even as the president lambasts opponents and critics of his administration and its projects, he has of late been enjoying vocal support from some members of his cabinet. Peculiarly they are those drawn from the opposition orange democratic movement party. Since joining government, these latter day Ruto defenders have turned from fierce critics to the president's foremost protectors, taking on anybody opposed to his policies, projects and positions. Emmanuel too reports, on the changing positions barely 3 months after the government and the opposition closed ranks.
