Samburu Governor Lati Lelelit says his administration has not procured food for schools this quarter, blaming failures of the government’s E-procurement system. The governor made the disclosure when he appeared before the Senate Committee on Roads, Transport and Housing, where he was also questioned on the state of roads in the county.
