Residents of Samburu County have raised concerns over the rising insecurity trend in the region. The locals say at least 11 people have so far been killed in the last three months, with the latest victim being a 15-year-old boy who was murdered in Kaudan Village in Samburu East constituency. According to eyewitnesses, the boy was last seen being chased by an officer allegedly attached to the Kenya Police Reservist department in the area before his body was discovered in Kaudan area.The locals are now calling on the relevant authorities to launch a probe to unravel the mysterious deaths and address the insecurity menace in the region
