Political leaders drawn from Mt Kenya are said to be crafting a new political outfit ahead of the 2027 general election. According to former Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri, the recent changes in the political landscape has propelled the decision to form a new political party for the mount Kenya region. Ngunjiri says leaders from the region will firmly support deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.
