Akizungumza katika kongamano la pili la Blue Invest Africa linalofanyika huko Diani kaunti ya Kwale, Mvurya amesema ushirikiano wa Kenya na mataifa ya EU katika uwekezaji wa miradi hiyo utaboresha uchumi wa taifa akisema serikali imewekeza zaidi ya bilioni 20 katika sekta hiyo.
