    Recently, events in Sudan have taken dramatic new turns. A Sudanese war monitor has accused the military of killing hundreds of people in an air strike on a market in the country’s western Darfur region. And Army forces have recaptured the presidential palace in the country's capital, Khartoum, and are now aiming to reclaim more territory from the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
