The family of Ltijingwa Lekukuu, from Lekuru Village in Samburu West, who has been battling Kidney failure for 4 years, is pleading with well wishers to help them raise 3 million shillings for him to undergo a kidney transplant. Lekukuu was forced to abandon school following his diagnosis. He has been in and out of hospital which has drained the family’s resources. The family is now pleading for assistance for him to undergo the life saving operation.
