Smugglers operating in Busia County have been put on notice, that their days are numbered. Teso South Deputy County Commissioner John Kichwen cautioned the smugglers operating in the Busia borderline, saying they will uphold the rule of law. Speaking in Olepito, Kichwen noted that the security apparatus in the county is undertaking investigations and the perpetrators will be brought to book. Locals have been urged to collaborate with security personnel in providing leads that will help in weeding out the smugglers.
