A section of young people from Busia County want the police to unravel the mystery behind the increasing cases of abductions in the country.
Led by the area Gen Z leader Evans Kimori, they questioned why the Inspector General of Police has denied involvement of the police in the cases of abductions while at the same time little has been done to investigate and reveal the masterminds behind the worrying vice. The youth emphasized the need for adherence to fundamental rights and freedoms including the freedom of expression.
