The signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) allowing medical students from Kenyatta University (KU) to access facilities at the Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH) has brought to an end a six-year dispute between the two institutions owing to strained relations. Under the new agreement, KU medical students and teaching staff will now have full access to the hospital’s facilities for training and practical learning.
