Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, KBC, has secured a decisive court victory in a long-running land dispute after the Environment and Land Court in Machakos ruled that the broadcaster is the lawful beneficial owner of more than 500 hectares of land in Komarock, Machakos County, where its transmission station is located.
