Kenya Kwanza leaders hint at Kindiki’s presidential bid in 2032

2032 succession politics played out in Maara, Tharaka Nithi County, during an economic empowerment program. Kenya kwanza leaders rallied support for Deputy President Kithure Kindiki to vie for Presidency once President William Ruto concludes his term. National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichungwah in drumming up support said Kindiki is the preferred candidate to contest for presidency. Kindiki who was leading the empowerment program steered off the discussion even as he hit out at the opposition for what he says was spewing divisive politics.
