A section of disgruntled members of the controversial 100 Billion Shilling Kibiko land in Ngong ,Kajiado County has petitioned the Law Society of Kenya, claiming the judicial ruling which approved the subdivision of the disputed land was inappropriate and misadvised. The move follows the ongoing issuance of title deeds by one faction after years of protracted court battles and grassroots supremacy battles over the 2,682-acre piece of land under a 99-year leasehold.
