The National Government has created two Sub- Counties, five locations, and seven sub-locations in Kiambu County in a move aimed at bringing government services closer to the people. Speaking during the launch of a new administration unit in Nyandúma village Lari Sub-County Deputy County Commissioner Samuel Kariuki noted that service delivery will be improved and security enhanced to foster overall development in the area.
