Education Cabinet Secretary Dr. Julus Ogamba has challenged the newly inaugurated Moi University Council to turn around the fortunes of the University that was near collapse.The Cabinet Secretary says the government is determined to restore the institution of Higher learning to its former glory. He was speaking Wednesday during the inauguration of the new University Council to be chaired by Professor Noah Midamba.
